Women enter Anthology from different places in their lives and work. You may recognize yourself in one identity or several.
These identities are not categories, levels, or permanent labels. They reflect what you may be exploring, building, leading, changing, or ready to share at this moment.
You are asking new questions and considering what may be possible next. You are open to new ideas, perspectives, and directions.
You are developing a business, project, idea, or body of work. You want practical knowledge, relevant relationships, and the support to move it forward.
You carry responsibility, make decisions, influence others, and shape the environment around you. You are continuing to develop how you lead and the impact you want to create.
You are changing direction or entering a new chapter. Your next step needs to reflect who you have become, not only who you have been.
You have knowledge and perspective shaped by experience. You are ready to share what you know and support another woman's progress.
You may arrive as one and recognize yourself in another. Every identity has something to receive and something to contribute.
Anthology is built on a reciprocal relationship.
We create opportunities for women to be seen, share their stories, present their work, and build meaningful relationships. In return, members bring their knowledge and experience into the community to help other women move forward.
Anthology provides concrete ways for members to participate, learn, and become visible.
As a member, you have opportunities to:
Member profiles, stories, and contributions will be scheduled over time so that each woman and her work can be presented with intention.
Through these experiences, you can:
Every member joins Anthology with knowledge or experience that may be useful to another woman.
As a member, you identify an area of expertise you are willing to share and offer 90 minutes of your time each month as an Anthology Expert.
During that time, you meet with a small group of women and answer their most immediate questions about their businesses, careers, leadership, or professional growth.
You contribute your knowledge. Anthology creates the space for that knowledge to be seen and valued.
This is where the Anthology Circle begins: one expert, a small group of women, and a focused conversation.
Tell us who you are, what you are working on, what you would like to explore, and the knowledge you are ready to share. Because here, relationships and new possibilities may just emerge naturally.
