When that knowledge is brought into conversation, it can help another woman see a possibility, make a decision, or take the next step with greater clarity.
Anthology was created to give that knowledge a place to be shared.
Each contribution retains its own voice and perspective while becoming part of something larger.
That is the meaning behind our name. Anthology brings together women whose lives, careers, cultures, and experiences are different, and whose knowledge can contribute to a wider conversation.
No single journey represents every woman. Because, across the world, women are leading organizations, building businesses, creating movements, raising families, changing careers, pursuing ideas, and beginning again. Yet much of what they have learned along the way remains unheard.

My conviction is simple: every woman already holds a unique way to lead. What is often missing is not talent or ambition, but the permission to trust what she already knows within herself.
That conviction has shaped my work and it is at the heart of Anthology.
Meet the FounderI am Dr. Btissame Haouzi, a leadership coach, researcher, educator, entrepreneur, and, most importantly, a proud mother.
My path was never linear. I began as a journalism student in Morocco, driven by curiosity and a deep desire to understand people's stories. I thought I would spend my life telling other people's truths. I did not yet know that one day, I would have to rebuild my own.
Moving to the United States brought a new language, a new culture, and new possibilities. My early professional experiences gave me my first real understanding of leadership, and I became fascinated by what becomes possible when people are truly seen, supported, and given the space to grow.
Then life took a major turn. Much of what I thought I knew about myself dissolved, my confidence, my identity, and my sense of direction. In that uncertainty, something essential became clear: real leadership does not begin with a position or a title. It begins within.
It begins with understanding who you are, what you value, what you want, and what you are here to create.
I did not stop at personal transformation. I turned to research, science, and rigorous academic inquiry to understand more deeply what shapes leadership, identity, growth, and lasting change. That work reinforced a principle that continues to guide me: who you are beyond your credentials shapes how you lead.
Over more than two decades, my work has crossed leadership development, higher education, research, organizational transformation, coaching, and international environments. Along the way, I met extraordinary women who had built, led, reinvented, overcome, and started all over again.
What they had learned was often as valuable as what they had achieved: the lesson learned the hard way, the conversation they wished someone had started earlier, the person who opened a door, or the experience that changed what they believed was possible.
I began to imagine a place where women could share that knowledge with one another. A place where experience is valued, meaningful relationships can grow, and one woman's story can open a possibility for another, and mostly connect me personally to what I love to do: writing.
That is why I created Anthology.
Anthology grew from my journey, but it was never meant to hold my story alone. It is a collective space shaped by the voices, knowledge, experiences, and possibilities of women around the world.
Because there are more possibilities when women create together.

Anthology is built on the understanding that growth happens both within us and through our relationships with others.
Every woman carries knowledge shaped by the choices she has made, what she has overcome, what she has built, and who she has become along the way.
When that knowledge is shared, it can become insight, connection, collaboration, and possibility.
At its heart, Anthology is guided by six principles.
A woman's professional life does not exist separately from the rest of who she is. Her ambitions, identity, relationships, well-being, values, purpose, experiences, and aspirations are interconnected. Meaningful growth happens when these dimensions are not treated as separate pieces, but understood as part of a whole.
Anthology extends that philosophy into community.
Some of the most valuable lessons in life are learned through living: a career that took an unexpected turn, a business that almost failed, a decision that required courage, a culture we had to learn to navigate, a chapter we had to close, a new beginning we never expected.
These experiences shape how we think, lead, create, and move through the world. We make space for that knowledge to be shared.
Anthology is intentionally global. We bring together women from different cultures, generations, professions, industries, and parts of the world.
We do not need identical journeys to learn from one another. We need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen.
For us, connection is not measured by the size of a network. It is reflected in what becomes possible because people met.
A conversation can become a relationship. A relationship can become a collaboration. An idea can find the right person. A woman can discover a mentor, open a door, or create an opportunity for someone else.
You do not have to choose between being the woman with answers and the woman still asking questions. There is always more to learn and there is always something you already know that could help someone else.
Anthology is built around that reciprocity: learning, sharing, contributing, receiving, and growing together.
Real growth is not simply about achieving more. It is also about becoming more conscious of who you are, what matters to you, what you want to create, and how you want to contribute.
For Anthology, this becomes a broader invitation: grow from within, create in the world.
Bring your experience, your perspective, and what you are ready to create next.
